The Process
From sketch to snoot
Every build follows the same four stages. It's slow, hands-on work — and it's exactly why the suits last.
Design
We lock the character first — references, colour calls, and a digital design doc so there are zero surprises later.
Foam
Hand-carved foam over a 3D-printed base builds the head's shape, expression, and personality.
Fur
Fur is picked, dyed, airbrushed, and sewn panel by panel for seamless, permanent markings.
Finish
Eyes, jaw, claws, and every last detail installed — then a full QA before it ships to your door.
