How the queue works
Slots, not a waitlist
We take a small batch at a time so no commission sits untouched for a year. When the board says open, we're open — no DM required.
A deposit holds it
Claim a slot through the custom form. Once we've agreed a quote, a deposit locks the slot to your character and it flips to Filled.
Watch it happen
Every filled slot moves through Design, Foam, Fur, Finish — and its owner gets WIP photos at every stage. The board updates as suits do.
